All recommendations and deliverables are advisory in nature. The Client is solely responsible for implementation decisions.
3. Payment Terms
- All fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in a signed service agreement or proposal.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe or another approved payment processor.
- By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for agreed-upon fees.
- If a payment fails or is disputed, access to services may be suspended until the issue is resolved.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Consulting Services: Fees for completed or ongoing consulting sessions are non-refundable.
- Prepaid Packages or Projects: Cancellations made within 3 business days of purchase and before any work begins may qualify for a 75% refund, minus transaction fees.
- Digital Deliverables: Because of the nature of digital and strategic materials, all downloads, templates, and reports are non-refundable once delivered.

5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure effective consulting outcomes, the Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and timely information.
- Participate in scheduled calls or meetings.

- Delays caused by incomplete information or missed deadlines may result in rescheduling or additional fees.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement.
Confidential information includes business processes, data, and documents not publicly available.
Exceptions apply if disclosure is required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, systems, templates, and materials developed or provided by Robbin Unique Property Management Group remain the intellectual property of the Company. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use deliverables internally within their business. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Robbin Unique Property Management Group provides consulting advice based on experience and best practices but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or financial results. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Compliance with Payment Processors
To remain compliant with Stripe’s Terms of Service, we:
- Clearly display pricing prior to checkout.
- Provide accurate descriptions of all products and services.
